Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. This explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. In short: only what we need to do the work, kept safe, and never sold.
What we collect
When you get in touch through the website, by email, by phone or in person, we may keep:
- Your contact details: name, email, phone number and address
- Details of your project: the space, what you need, your preferences and specifications
- Our conversations: enquiries, emails and notes from consultations
We only keep what's relevant to your project, and we treat it as confidential.
Names drawn on the homepage

- To reply to enquiries and keep you updated
- To improve our service and this website
- To send invoices
- To meet our legal obligations
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by people who need it. Anything sensitive sent through the website is encrypted.
