Consultation & Survey
Where it all starts. We meet in person or on a video call, whatever suits you, and talk through what you want from the space. Then we survey it, or work from the architect's plans, so the design starts from accurate information.
Concept Design
Taking everything we've talked through, we explore ideas through sketches, material samples, 2D and 3D drawings and renders until we land on a direction you connect with.
Spatial Planning
The layout comes first: how the space flows, where everything goes and how it's used, tested in CAD and 3D before anything is decided. Also available on its own if the layout is all you need.
3D Visualisation
Photorealistic renders that bring a design to life, so you can see the materials, light and proportions and make decisions with confidence.
Developed Design (CAD)
We refine the concept together, making changes where needed, then work up the detail: materials, lighting and how everything fits together.
Bespoke Joinery Design
Joinery designed and drawn around how you actually live or work, from a single detail to a whole room, and made to be a joy to use.
FF&E Design
Everything that isn't built in: furniture, lighting, fabrics and fittings, chosen or designed so it all feels like it belongs.
Technical + M&E Drawings
The detailed drawings that turn the design into instructions: construction details, lighting, power and plumbing, so everything gets built as intended, by our makers or your own builder.
Schedules & Specifications
Every finish, fitting and product pinned down in one clear document, so quotes are accurate and what's installed is exactly what was designed.
Procurement & Delivery
We order and track everything from samples to delivery, and coordinate the makers so it all comes together on time. You won't have to chase a thing.
Joinery Production & Installation
Built by specialist makers we trust, then fitted and checked on site, with one point of contact from drawing to installation.
Staging & Styling
Bringing it all together with art, accessories and styling, so on day one it already feels like yours.
